You have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the kitchen and the master bedroom, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Upon request, a cot and high chair can be provided.  
  
During your stay, you can enjoy a beautiful outdoor area with a gazebo and an above-ground pool, available from mid-May to mid-September, as well as access to a shared garden with an outdoor shower. The property is just a few kilometers from the beach, ideal for enjoying the Sicilian sea during your holiday.  
  
The property offers parking spaces inside and a shared barbecue for outdoor dining. Events are not allowed on the property.
