#### Hôtel trop cher et chambre non entretenue

Problème d’odeur et de propreté dans la chambre. Vétusté et manque d’entretien des équipements. Les 95 euros de facturation sont trop élevés par rapport à la prestation de l’hôtel.

Parcheggio comodo, colazione buona, le camere sono da rivedere, uno dei due asciugamani era così sporco che non capivo fosse macchiato o mai stato lavato, da fermarsi proprio solo se di passaggio.

Grand parking, fermé la nuit donc très utile et sécurisant. Chambre correspondant à ce type d'hôtels, excepté la climatisation très bruyante et peu efficace (à remplacer). Petit-déjeuner correct

Ne mérite clairement pas 3 étoiles. Ancien campanile non rénové. Le check-in était sensé être à 15h, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 18h, la chambre n'était pas prête ! Nous avons attendu 5 min que quelqu'un se présente à la réception pour nous accueillir, puis une 20aine de min pour pouvoir nous installer dans la chambre. Pas de bouilloire, donc pas de café ou de thé. La propreté de la salle de bain laissait clairement à désirer : moisissures, joints fatigués, l'eau de la baignoire ne s'écoulait pas correctement , nous avions l'impression de remplir la baignoire sans bonde... Strict minimum pour le petit déjeuner.

Nous sommes arrives a minuit. J avais pris bien soin de prevenir l hôtel de notre arrivée tardive. Mais une fois sur place l automate n a pas trouvé notre réservation. Nous avons du acheter une autre chambre Nous etions 3 clients hotel.com. nous avons eu tous les 3 le même problème. Lamentable .

Le prix correspond au lieu et à ce que l'on a pu découvrir lors de notre séjour (chambre et services). Je recommande cet hotel pour de cours séjours. Cependant ne vous fiez pas aux photos lors de votre réservation. Les photos sont complètement non conttracutelle... c'est assez dommage. Je recommande à l'hotel de faire des travaux de rénovation (amélioration de la décoration, du cadre, remise au goût du jour). Chambre propre, lieu sécurisé, personnel très agréable.

#### Bien, mais dur dur, le matelas ! ! !

À notre arrivée, le soir, une dame d'un âge certain et avec un fort accent (de quel pays ?) nous a indiqué nos chambres; je n'ai pas tout compris de ses propos… La chambre est correct et propre, la salle d'eau aussi. Par contre, j'ai trouvé le matelas très dur et j'ai assez mal dormi, me trouvant alors fatigué au réveil malgré le silence remarquable pendant la nuit. Petit déjeuner très correct et suffisamment varié; bien ! Le personnel de jour est serviable et courtois.

“Une expérience déplorable. L’hôtel est dans un état lamentable, avec une odeur persistante de moisissure. La literie est en piteux état, et la chambre ressemble plus à une cellule de garde à vue qu’à un espace accueillant. À éviter absolument.” J’avais réservé pour deux nuits, mais l’état déplorable de l’hôtel m’a contraint à partir plus tôt. Entre l’odeur de moisissure insupportable.J’ai dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence en centre-ville. Une vraie catastrophe !”
