This property is brought to you by Welkeys, specialists in tailor-made stays in the heart of France's most beautiful regions.  
  
This elegant 80 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with elevator, was completely renovated in 2025 by an architect and offers a breathtaking view of the opera-theater and Place de l'Horloge. Enjoy a spacious terrace with lounge and balcony for relaxing.  
  
With a capacity of 4 people, this rental comprises :  
  
\- a warm, comfortable living room with a relaxation area and dining area,  
\- a first bedroom with a 160cm bed,  
\- a second bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90cm),  
\- a fully-equipped kitchen (barbecue, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),  
\- bathroom with shower,  
\- two separate WCs,  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,  
\- fiber-optic TV, stereo system, wifi,  
\- air conditioning, smoke detector,  
\- games for all ages, books,  
\- private parking available: at the entrance to the rue Racine parking lot, opposite the La Fourchette restaurant. Reserved space in the basement.  
Please note: vans are not allowed in the parking lot (70s building with small spaces and limited height, not suitable for roof boxes).  
  
IMPORTANT INFORMATION :  
\- Access by car to the intramuros is impossible after 11 a.m. (access bollards - ring and specify that you are a traveler with a rental car).  
\- During the Festival d'Avignon, access is totally forbidden from 12pm onwards (parking is possible on the free Ile Piot, a 10-minute walk away, or at the Palais des Papes parking lot, where a charge is made).  
\- Exit from the inner city remains free at all times.
