This elegant 80 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with elevator, was completely renovated in 2025 by an architect and offers a breathtaking view of the opera-theater and Place de l'Horloge. Enjoy a spacious terrace with lounge and balcony for relaxing. With a capacity of 4 people, this rental includes : \- a warm, comfortable living room with a relaxation area and dining area, \- a first bedroom with a 160 cm bed, \- a second bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90cm), \- a fully-equipped kitchen (barbecue, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), \- bathroom with shower, \- separate WC, \- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers, \- fiber-optic TV, stereo system, wifi, \- air conditioning, smoke detector, \- games for all ages, books, \- private parking available: at the entrance to the rue Racine parking lot, opposite the La Fourchette restaurant.
