Please note that the owner does not accept any groups or youth groups, including Stag or Hen parties. This property is exclusively for family groups. Additionally, baby equipment is included for your convenience.

You will be staying in a spacious and bright 5-room villa spread across two levels. The open living room features a TV with a flat screen and a cozy wood-burning stove. There is also a small living room with another flat-screen TV. On the same level, you will find a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC. The large, open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a freezer, along with a dining table. There is also a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, another with a double bed, and the third with two single beds. You will also find a bath/shower/WC on the upper floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation stay, you will have access to various amenities to make your experience comfortable and convenient. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fireplace (wood-burning stove), and a private patio. The kitchen features essential appliances such as a microwave and a television. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The villa is heated with oil heating, ensuring a cozy and warm ambiance throughout your stay. Outside, you can enjoy the large garden and lawn area, complete with terrace furniture for lounging and dining al fresco. For families with young children, the villa provides a children's high chair and a baby cot. Internet access is available through WiFi connectivity.
