Private: well-kept garden with lawn. Hot tub, patio, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the complex: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Aviemore (dalfaber)" 500 m, railway station "Aviemore" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 750 m, mountain railway 18 km, ski lift 18 km. Nearby attractions: Strathspey Railway 2 km, Cairngorm National Park, Inverness 48 km, Highland Wildlife park 15 km, Landmark Forest Adventure Park 9 km, Highland Folk Museum 27 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Cairngorms ski resort 18 km, Lecht Ski Centre 54 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Loch Morlich 15 km, Loch Ness 69 km, Loch Garten 14 m. Craigmore is a lovely house with lots of space for all the family and space to escape too. The check-in was simple using the keysafe. The local property manager answered my questions about kitchen equipment promptly. It is very well supplied with dishes and cutlery etc. and the dishwasher coped well with our party of 12\. The extra fridges in the garage meant we had a large Tesco delivery at the beginning of our stay that saw us through most of the week with the odd top up from the local Aldi. The hot tub was wonderful particularly after a day's walking and used by all almost daily. We loved the BBQ hut, great for Scottish summer weather.
