"This hotel looks fantastic on the website. However, there are many areas that are disappointing: The rooms are very basic, certainly NOT 4 star! The walls are paper thin… I could even hear someone snoring. Then the rooms above were very noisy. There is an older waiter in the cafe bar who is totally obnoxious. I ordered a mineral water as I had a strong heartburn and he told me to sit down. After 5 minutes of waiting, in extreme discomfort, I went up and said “sorry but please can I have the water I am in pain?” He told me to sit down again. I did and then he started chatting to a colleague with the bottle on his tray. I went up again and took the bottle off the tray, apologising as I did it. The look he gave me was dreadful… I thought he was going to hit me. He had also been unpleasant when I first arrived at the hotel. He is in the wrong job I think. Also the receptionists are very miserable and never smile. I travel such a lot and have never experienced a hotel as unwelcoming as this! "

"My stay was very good, can’t complain about anything really. The only thing that maybe I should have said was the 🛌. For me it was a bit too hard, but for others it might have been okay, we’re all a bit different. I was okay for sleeping, just a bit stiff in the morning. You can’t go wrong with the staff, room and food. So a thumbs up 👍."

"Hacienda La Indiana is without question a 10-star experience. From the moment we arrived late at night, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity that made us feel more like family than guests. The owner, with genuine kindness, prepared tea despite the late hour, gave us a personal tour of the property, and ensured we had everything we needed. This rare level of care immediately set the tone for what became one of the most memorable stays of our travels. The room was spotless, spacious, and peaceful—every detail designed for comfort and rest. We slept better than we had anywhere else on our trip, wrapped in a sense of calm and care that only true hospitality creates. The next morning, we enjoyed a breakfast that was simply outstanding: fresh, generous, and beautifully presented. Sitting outside in the tranquil surroundings, we felt as though time slowed down. Afterward, the owner personally showed us the property, including the stables, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch. What truly makes Hacienda La Indiana exceptional is not only its beauty, comfort, or cleanliness—it is the people. The owners and staff embody genuine kindness, attention, and warmth in every interaction. Their generosity of spirit and joy in caring for guests created an atmosphere of respect and heart that went far beyond service. We never once felt like customers; we felt like part of their extended family. We left with deep gratitude, wishing we could have stayed longer if we hadn’t had to leave"

"We loved this place and thought it was so nice! It had a fridge with a pitcher of cold water. It had a microwave. It had a washer. It was roomy and cute! Here are the reasons we gave it a 4 star. : #1 It is a shared apartment. The bedroom has no mirrors which made it hard to share the bathroom and the only trash can is in the bathroom, which was tiny. #2 The smell. If you have a sensitive sniffer, don’t stay here. There was a strong stink of sewage in the bathroom before we went to bed. We thought it was coming from the toilet, so we closed the bathroom door to keep the smell out. Around 2am, we realized the smell was coming directly from the AC unit in the bedroom! We could not sleep. There was no escaping the smell. We want to leave this property a 5 star review because the communication was great, it was clean, we felt safe, the costumer service was fantastic, but the stench was really bad. 😬"
