“Casa das Falcoeiras – AL with private patio and garden” is a new accommodation located right in the heart of the city of Aveiro, close to several tourist attractions, and from where you can easily get around the city on foot.  
  
The accommodation is fully equipped. It consists of an open space kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and dining area. It is served by a private patio and garden, where you can enjoy your meals or simply rest, in a peaceful and relaxing environment.  
  
Given its central location, nearby tourist points of interest include the Vera Cruz Church, the S. Gonçalinho Chapel and the Cathedral.  
The famous Ria de Aveiro, the Salinas and its Channels navigable by moliceiros or merchants are also located nearby. You will also find the Santa Joana Museum, the New Art Museum, the Ecomuseum but also the Centro Ciência Viva (FÁBRICA), the Congress Center and the University Campus.

#### Good place to stay to see Aveiro

Excellent property, clean, modern and well appointed. Paula is an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. A change of towels midweek was a very welcome surprise. Paula also kept us advised on government health warnings re the current high and unusual temperatures Portugal was experiencing at the time. The apartment was well situated close to town centre and the canals. Didn’t need to use the car for what we wanted to do, Wouldn’t be too bad to even use train or bus as both stations are close to each other, about 15 minutes walk from apartment. Frequent services to places like Coimbra and Porto. All in all a good place to stay with an excellent host
