L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriétaires auraient avantage à laisser un petit cahier...
