It is clean with all the bells and whistles like the kitchen equipment, outdoor games, and plenty of lounging. The staff was also super personable and friendly and set up great fires at sunset. (All included) big bonus -the snorkeling was awesome! Only tip for future travelers is to make sure you are prepared with food and booze to your liking, the store is very limited and once you arrive via boat, it is does not have any access to outside food/drinks/snacks ect. There should have been more selections of food especially for protein sources. They served mostly carbohydrate selections throughout the 3meals daily. Especially breakfast was mostly breads, muffins, waffles, baked goods.
