Updates include new flooring, new kitchen, new furniture, new vanities and tile floors in bathrooms, new stainless-steel kitchen appliances and new lighting. There is a decoration wood burning fireplace in the living room. The house is recently renovated. Some of the renovations seemed to take a bit of a shortcut. For example, the vertical blinds are already broken, and we had a leak in the kitchen sink, but the property manager is very nice and responsive.
