Featuring a queen sized bed in the bedroom. Tastefully decorated with functional yet stylish furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, and more than enough comfortable living space. This condo has two private balconies with beautiful ocean views, a propane grill for those who enjoy a good barbecue, multiple televisions, and WiFi. Also included is a complimentary 4 passenger golf cart that you can drive to town for an Avalon adventure. Only 18 steps to the 1st level of the villa! Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). You get the sun rise view and the moon rise. The vibe of the decor matched the views, everything was clean and comfortable. It was also very convenient for a golf cart to be included in the rental, allowing the ability to get around in Avalon. Only issues to note are the curtains in the bathroom and bedroom are broken and does not allow you to close them. I had to put a sheet up in the bathroom. Recommend those getting repaired or replaced for privacy for future guests. Everything is white & clean! The golf cart is older but works. Grateful to have it though! Community is safe & very quiet.
