Pet Friendly - Avalon-SH This Beachy beach condo is described by guests as the "perfect" vacation rental. We hope you will feel same. We take pride to make our guest's stay meet or exceed their expectations. The condo is located on 78th street a block away from the beach in Avalon's South-end close to Stone Harbor and 1 block from the Bay. 4 minute walk to Icona Resort (Beach Bar) and Windrift (and Beach!) - Less than 20 walk to Stone Harbor 30 minutes to Cape May. Great place for Wedding accommodations. Super close to Icona, Winddrift and Reeds of Stone Harbor. 2 day Min in Fall/Winter. 1st floor unit with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is perfectly situated in close proximity to the ocean, bay, Windrift Beach Restaurant, Golden Inn Sand Bar, hotel district, recreation facilities and Stone Harbor's shopping district. Step inside and you will find a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area and 3 sizable bedrooms (bedroom 1 - King bed, 2nd bedroom - full and two twins, 3rd bedroom - twin bunk beds). Sit out front on the porch to relax and people watch. Two Flat screen TV's and Cable and wireless internet provided. Everything was renovated a few years ago, including new kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, master bathroom, lighting, and new central HVAC. Laundry room has new washer and dryer. New Sectional Couch with pull out full bed. Outside shower and common grill to use. Beach house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beach tags (6) and beach chairs (4) and a beach umbrella will be provided. Beach Towels are also included. We also provide boogie boards, and other beach toys. We will provide a full list of what we have to offer before your stay so you know what to pack. We are always getting new things for our beach house :) There is a $ 300 deposit. Pets are considered - please inquire. Pet fee $ 150 for 1 pup - $ 250 for 2 pups. We can supply linens and towels for a $ 200 fee. Beds will be made when you arrive. Please inquire if you are interested in adding to your reservation. It was ok for a last minute decision, as there weren’t many choices. Pebbles of dog food left around and pet hair. We didn’t bring animals so I knew it wasn’t from us. Fridge wasn’t clean but I guess it didn’t matter too much as all we put in it was water. Bathrooms not the cleanest. Communicated cleanliness the first day and was just asked what I wanted them to do. I figured I would live with it since we didn’t have anywhere else to go. Honestly could be a nice place if they got a better cleaning service. I know when we left I washed all the towels, took out the garbage, ran the washer so maybe the cleaning people will be able to do a better job for the next guests. The house was clean with many nice amenities. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of space to lounge and talk. The location was close to the beach, the Icona and a nice park area. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay and the location was perfect. Being walking distance to the beach, a playground and a couple restaurants was very convenient. We had another reservation cancelled the night before our trip and were lucky enough to fine Diane’s condo with very little notice. The condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located. The check-in process was smooth and not having to bring linens made our trip much smoother. The 1.5 block walk to the beach was easy for even for my five year old! We used the outdoor hose to clean off our feet but didn’t need the open outdoor shower. We dined at the Avalon Brew Pub and Mack’s Pizza, two times each, as they were both a very easy walk. We also grabbed groceries at Bud’s Market, an easy walk down the road. Stone Harbor and Avalon downtowns were both a short drive. All in all we had a great trip and highly recommend! ##### Meghan N.
