Starting 03/30/24 and ending 01/04/25 there is a 7-night minimum stay, beginning and ending on a Saturday. Check in 4PM on Saturday, Check out 10AM on Saturday. BEACH BLOCK unit with a HEATED POOL is steps from the ocean! This one bedroom and one bathroom first-floor condo can accommodate up to two (2) people. This adorable unit is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the attractions of Avalon. There is an arcade and tons of free parking right across the street and the beach is only steps away! Easily walk into Avalon's town center for dining and shopping or relax by the heated pool. We are PET FRIENDLY! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Our pet fee is $65 per day for ONE pet. We require the name, breed and a photo of your pet prior to approval. If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, we will charge $150 per day, per pet. On the plus side really enjoyed sunning on the poolside chaises and convenience to boardwalk and beach. $50/day extra for a six-pound cat seemed excessive. ##### Robert G. Maybe i can try it again next summer but your rental was just right for me. Thank you. I know they said no refunds but I was only there 2 days and I was hoping I could get a little bit back. It's directly on the street so you need to keep the blinds closed at all times or you are really exposed.The blankets were gross as was the mat on the floor in the bathroom. Though there is a small pool for use by the tenants in the building the entrance to unit #1 was hidden and theres no porch or anything. The screen door to the unit didn't close and the window air conditioning units were loud. This was such a great find and place to stay! Perfect beach house for two people. It was very clean, quiet, and so much parking!! Can hear the ocean from the house which is the best! Carissa, our host, was super responsive in making sure we were good to go. The apt we had was sufficient for a couple. I think it was originally the pool house that was converted into a guest room as you have to go into the pool area to access the space. We were a little confused on where to go when we first got there, but we were able to get a hold of someone to explain.
