"The property is a beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Location is very good with many dining options as well as proximity to 2 Metro stations (Opera and Sol). We were able to walk to the shopping area of Gran Via. Please note though that you have to walk just a little bit to reach the hotel as there's no car/taxi/Uber that can stop right in front of the hotel. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things.
