"Had a wonderful stay. Arrived from an early flight and was pleasantly surprised the rooms were ready. Staff was helpful with recommendations and helping with the purchase of tickets to concerts. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had outstanding choices. Would definitely stay there again"

"My only complaints would be that the breakfast choices, if not spending $35 per person, were very limited. And the toilet paper is like sand paper lol. Otherwise this is a lovely and helpful hotel. Easy walking to Belvedere Gardens and downtown but out of the hustle of large crowds. "

"The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel is accessible since it is on the tram line. But the great thing about this hotel that really sets it apart is the incredible level of service from all of the staff. I want to commend Istva in particular. Free coffee is available in the lobby area. I rarely give 10/10 ratings. But, in my estimation, this hotel really deserves it."

The Bar served a small selectio of food, which was very well prepared and served and at reasonable cost. Very good hotel for business use with excellent conference facilities."

"My stay was fantastic - only 20mins taxi / train ride from Vienna Airport. Well connected to the city centre, whilst being in a quiet area of the city. Room was large, loved the kitchenette features and the balcony was a bonus. Hotel and room were both clean and comfortable and staff were really friendly! Overall, a great stay and i will be recommending to family and friends who wish to visit the beautiful city of Vienna."

"EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, EXCEPT: THE AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT A USUAL AC, IT IS MORE LIKE A VENTILLATION WITH LIMITED CAPACITY, AND ALSO THE WATER PRESSURE IS NOT GOOD. FROM WHAT I UNDERSTOOD THESE TWO CHOISES ARE, BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS A ENVIROMENTAL FRIENDLY TO REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION. "

"The room was excellent value for money. It was clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. It had nice touches like a make-up mirror and a nespresso machine. Very handy for Vienna Hauptbahnhof and it had a nice bar area too. Didn't try the breakfast as there were so many places nearby to eat."
