Condo #307 Lake Erie Vistas 4699 Lake Rd E. across from Sun Resorts Campground Unit #307 is a newly owned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Lake Erie Vista. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is free WIFI and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has king bed, a 42' flat screen TV and a bath with a six-head spa shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with huge walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. Third bedroom has full bed and twin. The Guest Bath has jetted soaking tub & shower. The living room and dining room offer incredible views of the lake. The dining table seats will seat 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the island. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa. This location and building amenities are loaded and amazing, you will have trouble deciding what to do: Look at the fabulous sunsets from the deck? Fish from the pier with a license? Build a sandcastle on the beach? Launch a small sailboat or kayak from the beach? Drive five minutes to the marina to launch a bigger boat? Swim in the indoor pool? Swim in Lake Erie? Loved the balcony views of the water and having the pool as a swim option. Kitchen is large and has tons of options for serving. Pans are on the smaller side so bring extra if you have a big family. Rooms were clean, beds were cozy with plenty of extra blankets/sheets, and the strip is close by for touring. Our kids also loved the beach and dock - beautiful pictures and views!We had a slight delay with check in and property managers were quick to respond to support. Just enough girl time to gather, eat, drink and catch up! We took advantage of the wine tour/taxi with Brandon and he was super accommodating! William Vincent was a top winery for our tastes! The unit itself has some work that needs to be done. Part of the flooring was removed and not replaced, just covered with an area rug. The outlets are all really loose. The kitchen faucet handle was loose, and the convection part of the oven didn’t work. If we stayed there again we wouldn’t plan on cooking while we were there. ##### Amanda M. We had another delightful time at this condo.It was perfect for our stay. Loads of amenities. We made use of the beach and the indoor pool every day. The private beach is such a plus!
