If it's luxury you want---this is your place to stay. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with private balcony facing the lake. Quiet, private side of Lake Erie Vistas. Hardwood flooring throughout, tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms. Large granite island for gathering with friends. Master bedroom suite has queen size bed with master bath attached. 6 shower jets and rain forest shower head---you won't want to leave the shower. Second and third bedrooms have queen size beds with bathroom between them.. The second bath has a shower and jetted jacuzzi tub. Everything you need is provided, linens, towels, soaps, beach towels for our indoor heated pool or for the private beach. Fully equipped kitchen with all your cooking needs. Full laundry with detergent supplied. There is a small exercise room with treadmill and stair stepper on first floor. Two elevators to take you to all 5 floors. Limited handicap accessibility. Private parking lot (two spaces per unit). Over 35 wineries within a 30 minute drive and even a shuttle service that will pick you up at the front door with prior reservations. The famous Geneva on the Lake Strip with Eddie's Grill and Madsen Donuts is just a 5 minute drive. Bridge Street in Ashtabula Harbor is 15 minutes away and home to great restaurants like Briquettes, Rennicks, HilMaks and Bascules. An hours drive to Cleveland and the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Indians, Cavaliers and Browns games and the Cleveland Science Center. And less than 3 hours to Cedar Point or Niagara Falls. Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety: \*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. \*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. \*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. \*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: \*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. \*Clean up trash when leaving beach. \*Do not leave beach chairs in water. It was spacious, clean, cozy, and in a great location. A big highlight for me was the fireplace in the master bedroom. This property was the perfect spot. We had a wonderful time, the condo was equipped with anything you would need, and it was quiet, yet close to anything you would want. While not a front view of the lake, it was built so that you could still enjoy the amazing view from the balcony as well as the kitchen table. The pool was perfect to burn off the kids energy and the condo itself was very comfortable and family friendly. Debbie is a wonderful host and the vistas is a great place, felt safe and secure. The 3Br condo had everything we needed. It is clean, quiet, and convenient to NE Ohio locations. It's right on the Lake and the condo had a great view from the back balcony area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also nice with a jet tub in the hall bath and a multi-option shower in the onsuite. Plenty of kitchen space. The pictures don't lie. Beautiful furnishi gs, great towels and linens, everything you need is supplied. Plenty of room and lovely little screened porch. Other units i have stayed in at Lake Vista don't supply paper products, no soaps, thin towels and don't have streaming TVs. You just feel the difference. It was wonderful to be close to family events and touristy places at the same time. This unit is beautifully furnished with most everything needed during our stay. The washer/dryer were especially appreciated since it meant we didn't have to pack as many clothes for our stay. Anything we forgot, we picked up at the convenience store across the street. The whole condo building has quiet time that is enforced at night, so we were able to get great sleep. Debbie, the host, was quick to respond to all of my emails, as well as to the one call I made.
