Wake up in a comfy bed and head just around the corner to Barton Springs for a swim or Zilker Park for a morning jog, then cook a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Located on a quiet street in 78704, which is one of the city's best neighborhoods. It's a two block walk to Barton Springs pool, botanical gardens, Zilker Park, hiking trail, food trucks and restaurants. The space \*One of the coolest places in Austin. Feels good. Looks good. Art and color every where. \*Exceptional Garden. Best one in the neighborhood. \*Quiet two story townhome that is part of a four-plex on a very quiet street. \* One comfy King bed upstairs with a full bath. \* Half bath downstairs and fold out queen (with memory foam found in downstairs closet) \*Fish Tank Toilet \*Washer/Dryer \*Kitchen set up for gourmet cooking \*Patio with grill \*Stay for a night or for several months \*All photos in space taken by me Monthly and weekly prices available at non special event times. Please ask for pricing. Guest access You can arrive any time you like 4 PM or later. There is a lock on the door with a code. When you receive the itinerary from airbnb it will include the code for the door. Other things to note There is a book on the coffee table with everything you will need to know about the space. You will also find an entire book of restaurant suggestions and other info. I highly recommend a car while in Austin. We decided to ride to Austin for the weekend and this location was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The place was clean and quiet. The bed and pullout were comfortable. We were only a couple miles away from downtown/6th street. And within walking distance of Barton Springs pool and a lot of hip restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. The only down side is that we drive an electric vehicle and there wasn’t a whole lot of options for charging at the house or near by. ##### Catherine L. We absolutely loved staying at Lois’ place! The location was perfect to get to all the fun Austin spots. We are a family of four, with a 12 year old and a 9 year old-we are able to share beds still so the two beds were just right! The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and the space was very comfortable. Big time bonus for it just being really rad with lots of art and of course a fish toilet! Wish we could have stayed longer! ##### Amelia I.
