This is the perfect place to stay for events like SXSW, ACL, the Kite Festival, and more! We are pet friendly so feel free to bring your 4-legged friends! They will love the fully turfed backyard! Come enjoy the Live Music Capital of the World, we look forward to hosting you! This condo contains a single bedroom with a king size bed as well as a West Elm pull-out sofa that transforms into a queen size bed. We have 2 smart-TV's and Fiber high-speed internet for those interested in getting some work done or streaming their favorite shows. This condo also has a fairly large back yard that has been completely transformed with artificial grass for year round comfort, hanging string lights, outdoor furniture & games for all to enjoy! You will have access to the entire condo unit as well as the back yard! We are available if needed! Shower curtain had mildew. Horrible mosquitoes in the backyard. Someone entered the backyard without our knowledge and the host wouldn't confirm or deny who it was. They left the gate open and we had two dogs. People were parked in our designated spots and I tried to ask the host where to park and he said to park on the street (no spots on front of the place to park in the street) and write a note on the cars parked in our spots. We also arrived to no check in or check out notes. We saw the trash bin outside was full with flies and ants all over it. I asked the host when the trash came. He didn't respond, so my husband just took it to the curb. We asked about their recycling bin and didn't get an answer. Horrible. ##### Melissa W. The communication with the property manager is better than I’ve ever had at a VRBO and cannot say enough kind words about her.
