Mere minutes from the trendy new Mueller Development and a quick 15-minute drive to downtown, this home is literally the best of both worlds - close enough to the nexus of all the activity but nestled in a quiet, scenic neighborhood surrounded by trees and echoing with the hum of cicadas. A reeded, tempered glass sliding partition separates the living room from a cool, converted den space. The abundant kitchen cabinets are Danish oiled oak. Counter tops are beveled rose granite. Both baths feature custom designer tile, high end vanity and fixtures. Just a few blocks away from the pretty Dottie Jordan Park which has a swimming pool and a relaxing little hiking trail, you’ll love the coziness of this property and the unbeatable location. It was clean, but smelled a little musty (like it had been closed up for a while). No big. There was a candle and lots of ceiling fans to circulate the air. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. All of our drives were 10-20 min. It was a super quiet neighborhood which was super nice after a day of hustle bustle downtown. We loved sitting out on the patio and eating breakfast one day. We couldn't get either coffee maker to work (totally could have been operator error...and we did not contact owner). It just gave us a reason to try all the 3,000 local coffee shops...which I'm not complaining about! They were SOOOO good! The only other reason I gave 3 stars for accuracy of online listing was (admittedly lame on my part) that the decor wasn't like the photos. It was a little more sparse than pictured, but the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. Great stay overall for our 4th annual sister trip. ##### Jennifer O. It was a wonderful spot and perfect for our trip to move my daughter home from college for the summer. Easy access to all main roadways and a lovely quiet neighborhood to decompress in after a busy day. Home was stocked with all our needs. Would definitely stay again !! ##### Ulonda g.
