I stayed at this hotel thinking it was going to be as the other hotels of the same reviews rating; good and clean. It wasn’t either of those. The toilet had been grossly used and not cleaned or disinfected. There were hairs in the shower. It was terrible. The good thing I can say about it is that the person at the reception was INCREDIBLY understanding, polite, and beyond helpful. I requested another room and he immediately helped me and apologized. Hats off to him! The other room they gave needs an immediate update. The hotel is old. The back door by our room did not work and it was left unlocked all night long.

Average hotel, friendly staff. There is an UPS distribution center next to hotel and every day at 5am you can hear their trucks reversing beep, really annoying.

Clean and comfortable stay in a good location for visits to Texas state. The traffic around is a bit busy due to construction but the great service at this hotel makes up for it.

Staff was friendly but room was a mess. Had to change sheets on arrival because of stains that looked "used", someones dirty socks under bathroom counter, broken handles on dresser, bathroom door frame broken. Had to have keys fixed 3 times.

The room was very nice and the television worked great compared to other hotels we have stayed in. However, the commode ran all night long and we had to shut the door to the bathroom when we went to bed. I did tell the front desk when we check out.

Room was clean, roomy and warm when we arrived. Property is clean & as described on the website. I liked that the shower had a door instead of a curtain. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like lots of options. Only complaint would be the pillows were small and lumpy. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

When I first drove up to the hotel the exterior lighting is very poor. Curb appeal is not how the photos depicted on website. The interior lobby reminds me of a senior nursing home facility. The room had a foul order coming from the bathroom.

Good-value business stay.
Speedy check-in. Clean room and quiet evening. Breakfast was a good start for the day. Manager allowed me late check out so that I was able to change into travel clothes after a business event that morning.

Son graduate from college so we always stay here anyway when we come and visit.. The breakfast is pretty good and I like that they they the extra sofa that pulls out in bed. The rooms are pretty roomy.. we got the two queen beds suite and the has two tv in the room which is nice.. The college and restaurants and shopping outlet is so close by.. Well be back to visit. thank you happy customer! The only thing is the keys kept missing up but that's about it

Honestly not sure why this hotel has such a rating? Maybe it has gone down quickly. It’s very run down, the mattresses & shower curtains had stains. The walls were marked up. The hallways were hot. TBH, not an “excellent” hotel in my book. Should have 5 or 6 star rating, not 8. If you have higher hotel standards, I wouldn’t come here. The front desk is nice though.
