LAKE TRAVIS WATERFRONT HOME: Upper and Lower Decks capture AMAZING sunsets on the lake with fantastic views!! This home is located on a deep part of Lake Travis for skiing and recreation. There is a gentle slope to the lake from the house to a private boat dock if you want to bring your own boat and use a neighborhood marina to launch your boat or have a convenient marina deliver your watercraft rental to the boat dock. This is truly the perfect home to make memories on Lake Travis for small or large groups. There are also paddle boards, kayaks and fishing equipment available for you to enjoy the lake at your own risk. For those that have to stay connected, there is free WIFI available throughout the entire home. INDOOR ENTERTAINING AMENITIES: The garage area room has a 55 inch SMART TV with a stereo receiver and speaker system along with a Pool Table, Ping Pong table, Foosball, Mini-Basketball, Air-Hockey, Dart Board, and bar with full size refrigerator and propane grill. MEDIA ROOM AMENITIES: Includes a 65 inch SMART TV with DVD player and speaker system controlled with in-mounted iPad control along with poker table, bar, games, comfy dual-reclining couch. ACCOMMODATIONS: There are 5 bedrooms with 10 beds that will accommodate 14 people. There are 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. The downstairs bunk room has six twin size bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable service. This home is close to the Texas Hill Country. Visit the Flat Creek Winery/Bistro for lunch or wine tasting then continue to Marble Falls for a fun day of exploring and looking for antiques. Other local establishments include a local golf course, paintball facility, shooting range club and lots of restaurants and stores in the Cedar Park area. With a group of 15, it was the perfect setting for families traveling from different places to reunite and spend quality time together.The house had plenty to do for everyone. The kids loved fishing off the dock and kayaking far out into the lake before making their way back—an adventure they’ll never forget. Meanwhile, the adults relaxed under the shade, enjoying the peaceful setting and great company. The in-home elevator was a huge plus, especially for our older parents, making it easy for them to access every level of the home comfortably.The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again. Rented for twins birthday, was sorry that I had chosen this house. From the moment we arrived and got up the two flights of stairs….we came to the front area and neither porch area or doors looked like they had been cleaned in months. Then we came into the house only to realize that the pictures did not match the house. The pictures make this house look amazing and enormous it was anything but that so I’m saying there was so many things that I can’t even tell them all. One of the things we kept noticing right when we first came in, there were buzzards sitting on the upper railing of the deck, and we go out to check and there’s buzzards down below as well cause there is a dead animal that had clearly been there for at least a couple of days, it was just behind the house. Ican’t beginning to list all the things that were somewhat questionable..The carpet was dirty, blinds broken in bedrooms, Second floor patio area (table & chairs filthy … cobbwebbs everywhere sitting area so dirty no one could Sit down until we cleaned them!!!) Also on the 2nd floor patio there were 3 incredibly large, red wasp nest.. these resulted in one of our people in our group getting stung and it Was not pleasant at all. I cannot forget to mention the dining table.
