Steps away, the spacious kitchen can also serve as a gathering space with seating along the kitchen counter. Stainless steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, and toaster oven are all provided for your convenience. The formal dining table seats 8 guests, with additional seating provided in the kitchen and back outside on the home’s beautiful deck.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Lake Travis water level fluctuates and at times, when water is excessively low, use of the dock is not available. Please check the current water level.
It is important to note that as per Lakeway's ordinance, parking boat trailers on the street is strictly prohibited, and towing will be enforced.
Additionally, parking trailers and boats on the driveway is prohibited. Please make parking arrangements beforehand to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival.
The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
4 parking spaces are provided in the driveway.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $100.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
