You’ll indeed be at the center of it all when you book a stay at this gorgeously updated 3-story, 3-bedroom home in east Austin. Perfect for multiple families or larger groups, this spacious home can accommodate a crowd, providing both spaces for privacy and quiet moments as well as entertaining and gathering together.  
  
The Space:  
Located less than 1 mile from downtown Austin, you’re just a short walk away from the capitol’s most popular attractions and surrounded by eclectic options for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Visiting friends or family or catching a game at the University of Texas at Austin? You’re less than a mile from campus. The Arbor Food Truck Park is right across the street from home and regularly features a variety of delicious local options with outdoor seating.   
  
Inside the home, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the capitol from second and third-story balconies complete with café-style seating. Sip on your morning cup of coffee while you enjoy a quiet moment and plan for the exciting day ahead. On the main level, the open floor plan creates a synergistic entertainment space blending the living room and kitchen together. Panoramic windows offer scenic views of the neighborhood and bathe the area in natural light. The comfy L-shaped sofa faces a large smart TV, an ideal space for catching the big game or hosting a quiet movie night. The generous, chef-inspired kitchen offsets creamy white countertops with dark wood cabinetry, accented by stainless steel appliances. The meal planner in your group will delight in whipping up home-cooked delights in this space, kept company by way of the island barstool seating for 4\. For a more formal meal setting, or for a rousing night of board games, the loft offers a chic dining set with seating for 4\.   
  
This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms and the loft with 2 full size beds and 1 twin size bed.   
  
Bedroom #1 includes 1 king size bed and 1 twin size bed, access onto the balcony, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet, dual vanity, walk-in shower, and bathtub.   
  
Bedrooms #2 include a queen size bed.   
  
Bedrooms #3 include a full size bed.   
  
The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, as well as a half bathroom.   
  
THINGS TO NOTE:   
\- Washer and dryer in home.   
\- Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway and on the street.   
\- Both front and rear entries to the home are equipped with a Ring doorbell.   
\- No pets allowed.  
  
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in East Austin that is minutes from surrounding restaurants, cafes, and landmarks. The area is diverse and holds the authenticity that Austin is so proud of. You’ll be within easy reach of Austin’s popular attractions like the Texas State Capitol, Congress Bridge Bats, and the Greetings from Austin Mural. Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll. Be sure to visit the live music bars and clubs on 6th street, a part of Downtown Austin that earned the city the nickname of “Live Music Capitol of the World.”

#### Nice stay, wifi was not great

Enjoyed our stay. This place was close to Moody's Amphitheater, 6th Street, and much of what Austin has to offer. Wifi was very slow though (20mbps down/10mbps up) and we were not able to fix it. Otherwise, nice place to stay!
