Wyndham condo

Great location and the condo was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the rooftop pool. There were a lot of families visiting as Wyndham sells time shares to this property so it was quite crowded. Only negative is there is no on site dining.

Civic District Apartment

We loved our place! Super clean and comfortable- the bed was heaven. Location can not be beat! We walked to everything. The roof deck and pool offered gorgeous sunset views. We highly recommend this apartment!

Great place but no pool

very clean, good neighborhood, reasonable cost, comfortable beds - both the regular and the pull out. We specifically searched and rented a place with a pool and were only able to use it one day. The ad did not indicate that they had scheduled maintenance and all of a sudden the pool was drained and a notice up. A couple of staff members told us that this was known and scheduled. We would not have rented it if we knew this. Still do not see a notice on VRBO that the pool is not available. Finally, we went to the timeshare meeting that was supposed to be 1.5 hours and took 4 hours. Either do not do it or do not ask any questions so they know you are not interested.

Charged for.a Deluxe One Bedroom with a balcony

Did not get what we paid for. We looked back at the floor plan and photos on the VRBO website and they don’t match at all. The room was much smaller, with a view I’d the parking lot and no balcony as listed. There was an alarm clock going off in the next room our whole stay and a squealing at night. I have not ever been one to leave a bad review but I feel like it’s not an accurate listing and we would not have stayed here if we had known we would not get the room described.

Weekend In Austin

Enjoyed our stay in Austin. After a long day of traveling with delayed flights didn’t love the “time share” aspect of having to talk with sales staff before heading up to the room. Everything else was great though.

Perfect for my needs!

The unit was clean and quiet, with all the amenities I needed for my short business trip. Really cool building too, close to downtown, with tea/coffee and video games in the lobby, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great for long weekend in Austin

Perfect location for enjoying all that Austin has to offer. One complaint- aggressive “Club Wyndham” salespeople in lobby. Advice to future renters- do not make eye contact or answer the phone! Otherwise great place.

Our apartment provided everything we were looking for; and the web site photos were accurate representations of what we found. It will remain on our list of good places to stay in Austin. The bedroom carpet could use a cleaning, and the non-carpeted floors a scrubbing, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Great Stay!!

The Wyndham was a wonderful place to stay. The king bed was super comfy too. I'd highly recommend. We used the gym, and enjoyed the shuffle board and other lobby games. Nice vibe. (We thought we were going to have a unit with a balcony, per the picture. It did not.)
