Designed by the architecture team at Bercy Chen Studio, this breathtaking villa is inspired by the curled edges of the falling oak leaves in western Austin. The property is decorated with natural waterfalls, fossilized coral reefs, soaring views, and abundant natural elements.

The Falling Leaves is a one-of-a-kind estate nestled within an untouched wilderness corridor in West Austin, emerging from the four elements of nature.  
  
With accommodations for up to 10 guests, this serene retreat offers an unparalleled connection to architecture and landscape. Select gatherings or celebrations may be possible with prior approval and a separate event contract and fee. Please inquire in advance if you’d like to explore this option.  
  
A rural, residential compound and artist retreat, inspired by the beauty of a falling leaf. Each roof of the three dwellings was designed to echo the gentle curve of nature while welcoming you into a 10-acre, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath architectural masterpiece. Every detail of the property and landscape has been intentionally crafted — from the design and furnishings to the amenities and views.  
  
Your stay will unfold among the four basic elements — air, earth, fire, and water — serving as powerful guides for living in harmony. When we align with the elements, we become more present and tap into the wisdom of life itself. Getting Around:  
Navigating Austin West Lake Hills is a breeze, with scenic strolls and easy access to nearby attractions. For those with a car, ample parking is available at our house, ensuring convenience during your stay. Explore the neighborhood's charm on foot, or venture out to the wider Austin area, where ride-shares and public transportation options abound for hassle-free travel.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Lodgewell, as a property management company, has a separate reservation agreement that is emailed to your personal email for digital signature upon booking. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy.  
  
\- No parties or events are allowed on Airbnb reservations. Please inquiry about events/large gatherings before booking.  
\- Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house.  
\- Quite Hours from 10:00 PM and 7 AM per City Code.  
\- Swimming is at your own risk.

\- Guests are explicitly forbidden from moving any furniture within the premises under any circumstances.

The Falling Leaves is such a special place. Tucked away in the trees, it felt like a true escape from the city. The house is beautifully designed—every window has a view, and it’s clear a lot of care went into the details and exceptional guest experiences. It was quiet in the best way. I found myself really slowing down, reading, and just enjoying being still. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel calm the moment you walk in.The Lodgewell team was awesome—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. I can’t wait to come back!
