The good life can be had at a cozy home. Relax with the whole family, or just yourself. Relax in an environment that’s comfortable and welcoming to all ages and tastes as you wander through the picturesque gardens and find that special place to unwind.

Getting Around:  
Car is your best bet. Bicycle will get you into town.

Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.  
  
\*\*If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.\*\*  
  
Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

The check out instructions were followed, but just so you are aware they are different than the ones in the binder in the house. Also, the mini split in the back room does not work and the gate does not latch so when it is windy it opens and closes which causes a banging noise in the house. Other than those two things the house was very nice and roomy.

The house had several issues that should have been fixed prior to our arrival. The bathtub drain was clogged and full of dirty water. The dishwasher was also full of dirty water and we couldn't get it to drain. The outside trash cans were full of trash. We couldn't access the wi-fi on our phones or computers (the information on the router was incorrect). Communication with owner was slow - not sure if he received my messages.
