The Blue Door is a cozy ranch style home located just one mile from the center of downtown "Drip" on an acre of beautiful Texas Hill Country land. So close to town, but feels like you're out in the country. It's perfectly located whether you're enjoying the local wine/beer tours, attending a wedding/special event...or just exploring the Hill Country Trail \~and it's only 30 min to downtown Austin (if you're inclined to head in that direction). We are conveniently located near the many beautiful area parks, rivers and lakes, as well as a multitude of wedding venues, breweries, wineries, distilleries, entertainment, shopping and dining. It is the perfect home to visit close by Hill Country attractions like Twisted X, Deep Eddy, Hamilton Pool, the Austin Zoo and the Salt Lick...and even to visit great neighboring towns like Driftwood, Wimberley and Buda.
