This stunning modern jewel with a pool is located in a serene corner of Austin's trendiest neighborhood. Its central location ensures effortless access to all the city has to offer. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a charming loft, we can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. This home is an ideal choice for those attending SXSW, ACL, F1, or UT Football or simply looking for a weekend getaway in the heart of the city. Every piece of the house is tastefully curated with style, comfort, and luxury!  
  
While new to Vrbo we have all 5-star reviews on the other major rental sight and can provide those for you.  
  
Welcome to our luxury oasis! This brand-new home boasts a bright open floor plan that opens to the backyard, pool, and oasis in the heart of downtown Austin. It has five bedrooms, four of which have king-size beds, four bathrooms, and a delightful loft. The loft is a perfect gathering space and features a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a queen-sized sleeper. The rooftop deck offers a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the view.  
  
The open and inviting floor plan encourages conversation and warm gatherings. The fully stocked chef's kitchen includes high-end appliances and a comfortable breakfast bar where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen area opens up to the large outdoor living area with a pool. The entire property is fenced and gated, and the large outdoor living area has a pool, gas grill, dining table, and outdoor sectional.  
  
\-First Floor: Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, porch access, and a bathroom right outside the door.  
\-Second Floor:  
Bedroom 2 is the primary bedroom. It features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a full bathroom with double sinks, and a private porch.  
Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and features a private balcony.  
Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed.  
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.  
\-Third Floor Loft:  
Bedroom 5 has a king-size bed.  
There is a full bathroom with a shower and a spacious, open living area. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two, and everyone can enjoy the amazing roof deck.  
  
A pack-and-play and highchair are available and can be set up in any room for infants.  
  
Walking distance to Lady Bird Lake, 6th St., Rainey St., and Convention Center (SXSW), best bars and bites in ATX, food truck parks & the famous LaBBQ.  
  
Walk to the best taco places, La Holly & Las Cazuelas, grab a latte across the street at Greater Goods Coffee, and an afternoon beer at Blue Owl Brewery.  
A few more restaurants that should be on your bucket list and are close by are Landurette, Suerte, Desnudo Coffee, and Kemuri Tatsuya!
