Franklin, La Barbecue, were all within a short distance from this house. The location gave easy access to bars and I35 so getting to places that were a bit further out was easy too. Up and coming neighborhood. Safe and clean. 10/10 would stay again. If you like BBQ definitely give this spot a shot. But don’t go to Coopers. Overpriced and all the flavor of an old baseball mitt.
