The space Recently Updated Modern house in East Austin is an easy walk to East 6th street, downtown and beyond. This modern home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath - great for a get away with family/friends and event accommodations. Can accommodate up to 12 people on 5 beds, 2 couches. Master suite with a king and large master bath with 5 X 8 ft double shower. Bedrooms are as follows 1\. King, 2\. Queen 3\. Full 4\. 2 Queens. Two couches in the living room. Excellent High-Speed Internet. We have a small 77" wading pool available for your stay. The house has a simple modern style and a high finish. Contemporary art on walls, large dining table. Featuring a clean open space for living, dining and cooking makes the house perfect for groups and a comfortable place to relax. Stained concrete floors, high ceilings, granite throughout, recessed lightning and custom low e windows. Beautiful Asian inspired garden in the front and the architected design provide impressive curb appeal. Large gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances: large fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Wireless internet, and high-end projector and 120" screen for movie theater viewing. Additional TVs in owners suite and downstairs bedroom. Built in speakers in living. The beautiful back porch is great for entertaining, table and chairs for outdoor dining, a nice BBQ. There is on and off-street parking. East Austin is known as one of America's hippest areas. A short walk to all Austin has to offer, one block to Webberville with bars, restaurants and one of the best food parks in Austin. We are three blocks from East 6th st, the area offers great restaurants, coffee shops, music venues, bars, retail, studios, and art galleries. The light rail is a few minutes walk; pedicabs are readily available and a bike rental shop is a few blocks away.
