our house has an open plan layout that is ideal for entertaining with your whole group. The living area opens up seamlessly to the landscape backyard, in the front door is just a couple of locks from Rainey Street, downtown, and the nightlife and restaurants on 6th Street and the east side are just steps beyond that.



Our two bedrooms each have queen size beds and each have a fold-down futon couch. The living room also has a pull out couch and a fold down futon couch, there`s even portable memory foam mattresses if your group needs extra sleeping spaces.



We`d love for you to make our home your home base and oasis for your Austin adventures! If your group is larger and you need extra space we have are three bedroom sister home located right next door.
