Welcome to SoCo’s Poolside Retreat, a modern 3-bedroom, 3-bath home with a private pool just one block from Austin’s famous South Congress Avenue. With sleek interiors, spa-style bathrooms, and a seamless indoor-outdoor layout, this retreat delivers both style and location...perfect for families, couples, or groups here for ACL, SXSW, UT football, or F1 at COTA.
