BEDROOM 1 - Twin Bunk Beds, plenty of closet space, and office ceiling fan, bathroom heater fan. BEDROOM 2 - Master with a king bed and single bed in the loft. BEDROOM 3- Bunk-Double, Single, Double and a Queen Bed. Closet with plenty of hanging space. OTHER BEDS- The large couch can sleep two. LIVINGROOM with 50in TV, equipped with Amazon, ROKU, chrome cast, BlueRay player, and DVD selection. LIVING RM COUCH- Extra Long super Comfortable Couch 🛋 for yet another bed, can sit 5ppl up to 6. LIVING RM LEATHER SEAT/COUCH- a comfy leather couch with Ottoman, not suited for sleeping LIVING ROOM EXTRA BEDS - Fold Out Cots for groups needing to sleep 12 guys or up to 14 girls. BACKYARD - Huge yard with big stone patio, Webber grill, small fire pit, ambient night party lights, plenty of room to play cornhole, kamjam, spike-ball, darts, and more!. KITCHEN - Large entertainment Kitchen, granite counters, complete with Large stocked fridge, freezer with filtered water, and Ice maker. A Huge breakfast bar island with phone and tablet charging station, plenty of utensils, cups, dishes, coffee bar, mugs, updated appliances, gas stove, Oven, microwave, wine/beer fridge, party wet bar with local liquor, general mixers, cocktail glasses, wine openers, aerators, and more. BATHROOM 2 - Tub/shower combo, with pull down sprayer, 1950s vintage style, with original heater (Decor Only), a regular circulation fan is present, has extra toiletries, toilet paper, tons of extra towels. UTILITY LAUNDRY RM - Connects through 2nd bathroom, equipped with full size top load washer, and front load gas dryer, all the supplies you could need are available. PARKING - 4+ , 2 in Driveway, 2+ street Parking, more parking may be available depending check with us if more than 4 vehicles, and we’ll help you find space. PETS - We do accept guests With their furry friends, however due to past incidences we charge a flat pet fee $75 per pet if we are alerted in advance, and will be requested on or before check-in. A Fee of $100 per pet per day if we find out after check-in, so please just let us know as soon as you can. Other things to note Must be at least 25yrs or older to book. We have a secure entry system with a unique door code that we provide as booked. We stayed with our dog and wanted to make sure we kept the house clean. The floors were dirty when we arrived and the vacuum did not work very well. The responsiveness of the property manager was delayed for checkin and the codes were not correct from the check in instructions. It was good we could still find something else to do for a couple hours to get the correct check in information because that is how long it took the property management company to respond to us. If we arrived late at night, we would have had to sit in the vehicle in front of the house for a couple hours before hearing back from the property manager(s). Some of the trees need to be trimmed outside as they rub up against the house when the wind blows and you can hear it all night unless you have a pretty loud noise machine. The location is great and easy to get to some really good restaurants and easy access to freeways. This property worked for what we needed although improvements listed above would have made it better. ##### Matt A.
