There is free parking on the driveway for a maximum of 4 vehicles. \- Fireworks are not allowed. \- Please do not bring any grills or outdoor fire hazards at property. Fees may apply for damages. \- Parties or events are NOT allowed. \- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. \- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. \- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. \- Please feel free to take out the trash and place in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle! Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins. \- The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesdays for this property. \- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. \- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. \- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. \- There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes only. Please do not tamper with them. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
