Nice place to stay. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast choices were varied and tasty. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

I have already put in a complaint with choice hotels but the experience I have had at your hotel Sleep Inn has been the worst. I went ahead and stayed and was going to stay until I checked out but this has went too far. The employee that’s here tonight has been the rudest I had to encounter. Not only has she been rude but completely unprofessional. Her name is Brionna with a O not a A “ what she yelled at us”. I filed a formal complaint and I’m going to do a google review. After we went down to try to talk to her she gets smart with us and calls the police to have us leave but it was on her. I got here and a roach was in my first room. The second room had chips on the bed under the linen, third the pool was closed and we’ve been getting told every day that it would be open and it has not. We only chose the hotel because of the pool but when we got here it was too late to cancel so we had no choice. Now she gets smart with us and calls the police and we get put out because of her being rude is unacceptable. Her name is Brionna “with a O” specifically what she told us. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life. This will be an experience to go viral because of how unprofessional and how disgusting it’s been. Roaches really and I still stayed, totally unacceptable.

I thought the hotel was nice. I would recommend bringing you own pillow. However, everything else was on par. Pool was warm and inviting, hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean and spacious.

We had no idea our hotel was under construction! This was the worse, the breakfast area was dusty and the indoor pool was closed even though there are pictures of it on the listing. We had to call the desk because our neighbors were so noisy and loud! We could hear kids running in the hall!

The staff where very helpful especially Cesar who was on duty when we arrived and was patient whilst we sorted out the miscommunication from Expedia to the hotel as Expedia hadn’t confirmed our booking with the hotel despite us booking and paying for it in May 2023.between the lovely lady at Expedia relocations and Cesar the error was rectified fairly quickly.

The hotel is under renovation which is good but there were spots in our room that didn’t look finished - the bed was very hard and we prefer a softer mattress - walls were thin - we could hear people all around us - maybe when renovating finished it will be better - staff was friendly

The room is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient right off I35 as you are driving south into Austin. I got a room in the back and very quiet. This location is close to a lot of things but not right in the middle of those things so I like that. The lobby area is under construction right now so that is what you notice when you walk in. Overall it is a nice small hotel.

Nothing unique, but the service and stay was good. The breakfast was great, only one complaint from me is that I like spreadable butter, they had theirs refrigerated and hard. Toast and Waffles I like my butter to melt in.

Great hotel but disappointimg stay
Nice, clean hotel. Liked the layout and great location. Good service and fun amenities like popcorn and cookies. But the only reasons we chose a Sleep Inn for the first time were the heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and the heating element was broken.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and willing to help when needed. The breakfast staff was awesome and gave such attention to detail! Room was clean and ready and made up nicely when we returned back from the day out. Nice touches like pretty towel displays. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Clean, safe, quiet and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic every day with a good selection, not just a continental breakfast, but full breakfasts that were kept stocked.

I chose this hotel due to the expedia rating of 9. We booked a room with two queen beds. The bed that my kids were going to sleep in had a red stain on the sheets. We don’t know if it was blood but it was gross looking. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and noticed dried food on the receiver. Also, the desk chair has white dried looking spots all over it. There was a big red stain on the rug between the two beds. I spoke with the front desk worker and she had me text pictures to her so that she could pass them along to the general manager. She was able to move us to another room but it was a king bed with pull out couch. It was almost midnight so we decided to accept the new room. My husband took the pull out couch but did not sleep much at all. You can feel every spring of the pull out couch mattress. This was definitely not a good start and breakfast did not make up for it.
