You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violating our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification. Pet Fee is $300 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.
