This beautiful two story 4 bedroom, beautiful backyard for entertaining, home is modern, clean and stocked with everything needed for a short or long stay. 6 seater golf cart comes with your stay. A great way to get around the property. Point Venture is a beautiful community surrounded by Lake Travis. Views of the lake are all around you. As a guest you will have access to tennis courts, large gym, swimming pool and lake access with park (playground, disk golf, fishing, etc). The golf course is right outside your back door with The Caddy Shack Sports Bar at the Point Venture Golf Club just down the street. There are also food trucks outside the golf club. Boats are available to rent at the nearby marina and guests receive a discounted price. Upon entry, you will find yourself in a beautiful modern home. The backyard is great for entertaining or to just enjoy a calm evening outside. Golf carts were the hit of the stay. The owner also provides you with swimming seats, tennis rackets and balls, fishing poles, and canoes to use as you please. Owner was great at communicating and answering questions at any time. We had a minor issue with the AC, but he got on it right away and fixed the problem for us. Also, the house was very clean and neat, which is something that we all look for when renting a place.
