Note that there are FEW outdoor pictures. This condo community teeters between homeless encampment and SoCo faux wealth. Onsite security guard necessary at all time to prevent incursions. No real updates or improvements, but everything works and the interior was certainly clean and tidy. Odd that the listing is “Fun House” but every email and message with the Property Manager after booking threatens 2000 fine if you have a “party.”For my family gathering, it was suitable.
