The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the windows as the city eases into the day, and the apartment feels calm and grounded—a comfortable place to reset after exploring Austin’s energy. Evenings invite you to stretch out on the sofa, sip a drink on the patio, and enjoy a quiet night in before tomorrow’s plans. The East Riverside setting balances privacy with connection, giving you space to unwind while staying close to everything that makes the city feel alive.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate up to 11 guests. Three bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed with fresh linens, hangers, and storage. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work or quieter downtime. A queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room adds an extra bed, and an air mattress can be set up on the floor if needed. Room‑darkening shades help create restful nights, and extra pillows and blankets are provided.



Living Space

The open‑concept living area blends seamlessly with the kitchen, creating a natural gathering spot for coffee chats or movie nights. A comfy sofa converts to a queen‑size sleeper, and large sliding doors open onto a private patio, inviting fresh air between activities. Dedicated workspace, in‑unit washer and dryer, and reliable Wi‑Fi support both relaxation and productivity.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, all essential appliances, and a casual breakfast nook with four stools. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a full dinner, the layout makes cooking and serving easy, and the nook keeps conversation flowing while meals simmer.



Bathrooms & Laundry

Four full bathrooms provide hot water and bathroom essentials, keeping mornings and evenings smooth for a full group. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Step onto the patio or explore the shared backyard area. The heated pool and hot tub are open year‑round with set hours (10:00 AM – 10:30 PM) and include pool toys and a water slide for extra fun. An outdoor playground offers space for kids, and a nearby shared gym complements the in‑unit exercise equipment. All shared amenities are offered as‑is; the host is not responsible for closures.

Nestled in East Riverside, the residence sits in a residential neighborhood with easy access to downtown Austin, the Texas Capitol, Zilker Park, South Congress, live‑music venues, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Free on‑site parking and free street parking make getting around simple, whether you head out for the day or return late.

The host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if they close due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
