Very clean, felt safe the whole time, comfortable beds etc. - everything you would need. The home is great for experiencing Austin - there just isn't much that's directly walkable from the home. Had friends meet before going out for the events and it was plenty of space for the whole group to gather before leaving. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The only thing to make sure of, is it is about a 15/20 min drive to downtown austin to areas like The Domain, or 6th and Congress.
