Quaint detached garage apartment located in back of our home. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of free street parking. 5 minutes from the University Of Texas 5-10 minutes from downtown Austin. One queen size bed, small side table to dine at along with a mini fridge and kitchenette. Enjoy the outdoors on your private balcony. Best suited for single travelers or doubles. Not a party house. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the can of ground coffee that was offered with the coffee maker, especially the first morning we were there. The kitchen has a sink and a mini-fridge, but you can’t cook a meal there. Before we arrived, we were looking forward to sitting on the charming little balcony, but it looked directly into the host’s yard, and it felt as if sitting out there would violate their privacy.
