We were able to walk to a ton of things and it is very close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Only downside is that it was a little warm during the day with the wall unit in the heat of the summer. There was a fan that made the nights cooler and it was still very comfortable to sleep in. I felt very safe and had so much privacy bc there’s a big privacy fence enclosing the yard and entrance. I was also able to park right there in front of the gate on the street and traffic was minimal. It’s a great location, a friend and I were able to just walk down to 6th street and back. The studio had everything I needed and then some, like good books, tea, honey etc. The space itself is beautiful and very unique, not just some copy/paste grey and white room. Kristina put so much thought into it. Airy, light, boho and minimal. So much natural light during the day bc of the big sky light. I just loved it! Thanks for the hospitality! ##### Zoe W.
