This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (4 cars). GARAGE is not available. NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES. Since this property is a little far from central Austin, the CapMetro system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around. • Please note that though the listing shows 7 beds, there are only 6 actual beds. The last “bed” is a queen pull-out couch. • Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks. • To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule. • This property includes a pool outside. Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Our swimming pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool remains in great condition for you and future guests. • To ensure proper pool maintenance, please do not turn off the outdoor hose bib/tap, as it controls the automatic pool water filler. Lots of rooms and beds, towels (both bath and pool), the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, face soup, and body wash. We prepared most meals at the house, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including food storage bowls for leftovers. There were monitors in the rooms so we could stream our movies and shows. The pool was the best part. The trees provided afternoon shade, there are several lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table under a shaded patio. Inside, there’s a large dining table providing seating for 8\. We loved the projector setup in the garage for a movie night. All around great stay. Would book again in a heartbeat. ##### Caroline P. Conveniently located to everything we needed. The guys enjoyed watching sports on the big screen and we all enjoyed the pool. Owners were super quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend. ##### Terica B. Overall the flys were everywhere and the lawn was very unkept.
