Bedroom 1 (second floor): Our master bedroom won't disappoint with a king-sized bed, a walk-out balcony, and a luxury, spa-like bathroom with two shower heads. For those workcation guests, you will enjoy the desk and workspace! Bedroom 2 (first floor): A queen-sized bed, full closet, lounging chair, and steps away from a full bathroom. Bedroom 3 (second floor): This room features a double-size bed w/ a memory foam mattress. For larger groups, it also offers a twin trundle bed (two twin beds). It also has a private full bathroom. The house has a private driveway that can fit two cars and ample street parking. There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience. RULES: For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification. This is a townhouse so it does share a wall but you wil never hear the neighbor and it is very private, even the backyard area. No parties or events. Safe to walk/run into downtown We enjoyed the location and the place was very cute. Only issue was the bed sheets had hairs on them when we checked in and thus we had to strip and rewash all 3 bedrooms linens! The other issue was we didnt have hot water the first day and with 5 girls trying to get ready to go out, it created a challenge. HOWEVER,! I did notify the host and he sent someone over to fix it. It was fine the rest of the weekend but just a minor annoyance along with the bedsheets situation. He did send us some cookies as an apology for the troubles:) Otherwise, we felt safe in the house, the location was convenient as we like to run in the morning to sweat out the night before and grab a coffee on the way back. Lucas was very responsive which goes to show great management and upkeep of the property. The property is well stocked with everything necessary to make you feel at home. We stayed with our two dogs. Also, bedding, kitchen and all the amenities in the house were really useful, clean and as advised. Location is also great, 15 minutes to almost everywhere. (UT.
