However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets. Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty! HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. We started our mornings with coffee in the courtyard and ended our nights under the stars in the backyard lounge—it honestly felt like our own little garden retreat.And the location? Couldn’t be better. Quiet and tucked away, but just a quick drive to downtown and all the fun spots.
