Perfect for families or small groups, this spacious retreat offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable BR, and everything you need to feel right at home. Located in a peaceful Round Rock close to parks, restaurants, and shopping, it’s the ideal place to unwind, make memories, and recharge after a day of exploring. HOUSE RULES 1\. Events and Gatherings  
Parties, small events, gatherings may be permitted with the host’s prior approval.  
Please discuss your plans in advance . Unauthorized events or excessive noise may lead to penalties or early termination of the stay.2.Pets are welcome with advance approval only  
A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay applies,3NO Smoking the house. Violation fee for smoking : $250 for smoking, $750 for marijuana or tobacco use indoors.. Safety and Security  
Exterior security cameras are installed around the property for your protection (no cameras inside).  
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and regularly tested.
