We had eight people staying there and two of them had to leave and find hotel accommodations. While this will be fine for a family with little children, that might find it fun to sleep in a cubbyhole, it was not at all appropriate for our work group. In addition, although the property has a pool, it was filled with leaves and unusable. And although there was a nice picnic area outback, it was again covered in leaves. The neighborhood is in a very sketchy part of East Austin and there’s a reason they have a fence with a locked gate. We would not stay here again. ##### Victoria C. A few minor things didn't work (ice maker, power sockets on the kitchen island, remote for the kitchen extractor) and while immediate resolution wasn't needed, it should've been resolved beforehand.One of the nights, the neighbors were also having a bit of a rager that lasted until 12am. overall, this stay was okay, but honestly not what I was hoping for when spending 3k dollars. ##### Jesse S.
