While the set up is a studio, it is spacious and segmented making it roomy and a good use of space. It has a full size fridge, queen bed, kitchen cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and utensils, a large closet with hangers, drawers under the bed, a nice bathroom with tub and shower, and the AC worked great.Street parking worked out fine and the neighborhood is quiet but a short uber or drive to anything you want in Austin. A couple of things you might consider, there is nowhere to hang out outside of this place, it is a garage apartment at a family home. If the weather is nice and want a porch or balcony there isn't one. Also no TV. We don't really watch tv so it was fine for us.
