We kindly ask guests to bring their supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. \- The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property. Please do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling. \- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. \- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. \- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. \- There are exterior cameras at property for security purposes. Please do not tamper with them. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
